The home is heated and cooled by 2 large heat pumps.

The main level has a wrap-around porch.  The yard is fully landscaped with lawn, shrubs and 5 bearing pecan trees.

Adjacent to the lodge is a large in-ground swimming pool and sunning area.

Also, adjacent to the lodge is a large playground with commercial grade equipment.

Next to this area is a 16x24 covered picnic pavilion with built in benches, picnic tables and a fire pit surrounded by comfortable seating.  The picnic pavilion includes a large grill and smoker.
